Our History
Dr. Doris G. Morgan was a world-renowned speaker, counselor, educator, and mentor. With her extensive knowledge and compassion, she tenderly guided her clients toward emotional healing and mental fortitude. With her intuition and empathy, she challenged and encouraged leaders to excel beyond their perceived limitations.
Dr. Morgan and her husband, James founded Lifebuilders Counseling Services in 1998 and in 2008 she began training professionally in Biblical principles and application to overcome life's challenges. In 2010 she and co-developer Kim Troy established a training institute approved by the Board of Behavioral Sciences. With that approval, the Lifebuilders Counseling Services Institute was birthed and began training programs for LMFTs and LCSWs to obtain C.E.U. hours and certification training for Professional Biblical Counseling and Coaching.
Her legacy continues through Lifebuilders Biblical Courses & Services, our certified Professional Biblical Counselors and Coaches, and Lifebuilders Counseling Services Institute's online certification program, as well as each individual she has encouraged to continually grow in perfection.
