Stephanie Perry

Stephanie has served ministry and community organizations for over thirty years. She first connected with Dr. Doris G. Morgan's Lifebuilders in 2009, attending various focus groups, intensives, and workshops. Stephanie was soon invited to join the leadership team and currently serves as strategic advisor. Her spiritual gifts of administration, teaching, and exhortation shape her balanced approach to service and leadership. Stephanie’s DiSC profile of C/S reflects a blend of careful analysis (C) and consistent support (S), enabling her to organize effectively, impart knowledge clearly, and encourage others with empathy and compassion.

Stephanie specializes in organizational design and learning solutions, drawing on 25 years of broad HR expertise across workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, legal compliance, and operations. She now leverages this expertise with her education to help public, non-profit, and education leaders to:

• Achieve greater operational efficiency by optimizing their programs, people, and processes for alignment and effectiveness, and
• Enhance individual and team skill and knowledge through engaging and practical workshops.

Stephanie’s purpose is to encourage, inspire, and teach others by sharing God’s Word with simplicity. To enhance her ability to fulfill her purpose, she studied at the ministry training institutes of Crenshaw Christian Center earning certificates in Biblical Foundations and Global Missions.

In addition to this spiritual foundation, Stephanie’s educational credentials include a BA in Sociology from UCLA, an MA in Education (Psychology emphasis) from Pepperdine University, and a post-master’s certification in Community College Teaching from Cal State Dominguez. She also has experience as an adjunct instructor of cultural diversity courses within an online degree program for working adults.

Stephanie embraces this season of her life where her gifts, talents, and experiences come into alignment with her God-given purpose. In her personal time, she enjoys writing, music, and spending quality time with family and friends.
