Dr. Kim Troy Curry

Dr. Kim serves as President of Lifebuilders Coaching Services (LBCS) and Executive Director of Lifebuilders Institute, where she provides strategic leadership, organizational oversight, and visionary direction for both ministries. She is recognized for her commitment to excellence in leadership development, transformational education, and faith-based training programs. Her ability to cultivate highly engaged teams, deliver insightful instruction, and create dynamic learning environments has positioned her as a respected leader among ministry, counseling, and coaching professionals.

Her doctoral research focused on organizational change, leadership effectiveness, and administrative systems within churches and ministry organizations. Through her research and professional experience, she developed the 11 Dimensions of Kingdom Well-being™, a comprehensive framework that integrates Biblical principles with personal, relational, emotional, spiritual, vocational, and organizational well-being. This model serves as the foundation for many of the training, coaching, and leadership development programs offered through LBCS, and Lifebuilders Institute.

Dr. Kim has dedicated her career to helping individuals, leaders, ministry professionals, and organizations overcome obstacles, gain clarity of purpose, and achieve sustainable personal and professional growth. Through her coaching and consulting practice, Inside Out Support and Services, she provides individualized coaching services that equip clients to navigate change, strengthen resilience, and fulfill their God-given calling.

With extensive experience in education, ministry leadership, counseling, coaching, and organizational development, Dr. Kim has designed and facilitated numerous training programs focused on leadership effectiveness, Biblical counseling, emotional wellness, organizational health, team development, and Kingdom-centered transformation. Her passion is to equip individuals and organizations with practical tools and Biblically grounded strategies that produce lasting impact.

Dr. Kim is also deeply committed to fostering collaboration across churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, and community outreach initiatives. Through her leadership, teaching, coaching, and research, Dr. Kim continues to influence the fields of Biblical counseling, coaching, organizational leadership, and Kingdom well-being, equipping others to lead with integrity, purpose, and excellence while promoting whole-person well-being grounded in Biblical truth. 

Dr. Kim holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University and has been a Certified Professional Biblical Coach and Counselor (PBCC) since 2011.

She believes that meaningful and sustainable transformation is best achieved through strategic partnerships and collective stewardship rather than isolated efforts. Consequently, she actively works to build networks of organizations and leaders who share a common mission of serving individuals, strengthening families, and advancing Kingdom impact within their communities. Dr. Kim recognizes that true transformation begins from within, and lasting change becomes visible when mindsets shift.
