Dr. Kim Troy Curry

Dr. Kim Troy Curry is the President of Lifebuilders Biblical Courses & Services (LBCS),  the Executive Director of Lifebuilders Counseling Services Institute (LCSI), and the founder of Inside Out Support and Services, which is the administrative division of LBCS and LCSI. 

Dr. Kim is a leader who strives to lead with a vision of excellence and transformative training programs. She is renowned for her dedication to fostering strategic team engagement to provide relevant content and an engaging learning environment. 

Before joining Lifebuilders, Dr. Kim was a licensed cosmetologist, educator, and platform artist for JOICO Laboratories, a hair care product manufacturing company, where she implemented a training program for the Education division. Her approach to developing educators who could integrate their artistic talent while teaching product knowledge, significantly increased sales globally. 

Dr. Kim holds a Doctorate in Education and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University.  Her academic research focuses on organizational change and administration. he has also been a certified Professional Biblical Counselor & Coach (PBCC) since 2011.  Aside from her professional responsibilities, Dr. Kim assists ministry leaders in revitalizing their organizations to fulfill their God-given purpose. She strongly believes in collaborating with organizations to create a network of outreach initiatives to serve those in need, which one organization cannot accomplish alone.
