Dr. Kim Troy Curry

Dr. Kim is the President of Lifebuilders Biblical Courses & Services (LBCS),  the Executive Director of Lifebuilders Counseling Services Institute (LCSI), and the founder of Inside Out Support and Services, which provides essential administrative support to LBCS and LCSI programs. 

Dr. Kim strives to lead with a vision of excellence and transformative training programs. She is widely recognized for her commitment to cultivating dynamic team engagement, delivering insightful content, and creating an enriching learning environment that inspires growth. She holds a Doctorate in Education and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University.  Her academic research focuses on organizational change and administration, exploring strategies to drive effective transformation and streamline management processes. She has also been a certified Professional Biblical Counselor & Coach (PBCC) since 2011.  Aside from her professional responsibilities, Dr. Kim assists ministry leaders in revitalizing their organizations to fully embrace and fulfill their God-given purpose. She is deeply committed to fostering collaboration among organizations, building a network of outreach initiatives designed to serve those in need, recognizing that meaningful impact is best achieved through collective efforts rather than independent endeavors.
