Oversees programs and services to ensure all goals and objectives are achieved and reporting requirements are met. Plans and executes a wide range of programs, activities, and events.  Develops instructional manuals, participates in instructional design projects, conducts training needs assessments, provides training and coaching, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Streamlines recruiting processes, conducts onboarding, and implements retention strategies for staff and volunteers. Collaborates and advises management on strategies to achieve initiatives for performance management. Administers personnel policies, as well as managing staff/labor relations and improving the organization's public image. Communicates mission and services among a variety of stakeholders, and coordinates program needs with suppliers.
