Dr. Linda Plick

Dr. Linda Plick has a Doctor of Ministry in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in Pastoral Counseling, a Master’s in Biblical Studies and a Masters in Addition Counseling. She was ordained through the International Association of Christian Counselors and is a certified Professional Faith-Based Biblical Counselor & Coach through Lifebuilders Counseling Services Institute. In addition, Dr. Plick is also certified by the State of California through California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP) as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor-Addiction Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Dependency and Substance Abuse with an emphasis in Addiction.

Her motivation for pursuing this field was to fulfill her purpose and calling to compassionately minister to the many broken individuals mandated for treatment by the courts. Dr. Plick also taught Bible study to children for over thirty years and was instrumental in getting the first after-school Bible club into the public-school system in Lancaster, California with over 100 children attending weekly.

Prior to entering ministry and counseling Dr. Plick was clerical support to management for the City of Los Angeles and the aerospace industry. Dr. Plick enjoys spending as much time as possible with her children and grandchildren, playing the piano and cooking. She has three adult children, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Her heart’s desire is to leave a legacy that it is never too late to pursue purpose.
