Family First Learning Center

Dr. Sharon Davis is the founder of Family First Learning Center.  She is a retired teacher who served over thirty-five years in Los Angeles public schools, including LAUSD and LACOE. Her background as a professional educator, counselor, and administrator prepared her to create and provide the services offered by her organization.  In addition to the academic focus of Family First Learning Center, Dr. Davis counsels and coaches students helping them navigate through their spiritual and college/career bound endeavors. She believes that the Family is the first union ordained by God and that returning to God also includes returning to the Family. 

Family First Learning Center is dedicated to meeting the needs of all participants by offering small group and one to one tutoring, counseling and mentoring sessions.  Each session is facilitated by an expert in his/her field, meets weekly and lasts for one hour.  Our tutors as well as our counselors are state credentialed with more than twenty years of experience working with youth and adults.  We use evidence based, proven strategies that engage and nourish the minds of all participants.  Let us help you achieve!
